Developed by a former educator and 20-year industry veteran, our curriculum was born from recognizing a major gap in continued education—the space between freshly graduated stylists and advanced professionals.
Our training bridges that divide with clear, easy-to-follow lessons, live model demonstrations, and immersive hands-on practice. Every class is designed to build confidence, strengthen skill, and certify artists who are ready to elevate their careers—whether they’re building a new clientele or refining the experience for existing guests. Most of our classes are educator approved for driven freshman to senior level students eager to jump start their industry knowledge and skill level.
Beyond mastering technique, students learn how to connect with clients on a deeper level, conduct meaningful and effective consultations, and market their services with intention—all while reigniting the passion and creativity that drew them to this industry in the first place.

Extension Certification
Program
With easy-to-follow instruction, open dialogue, and continuous Q&A, you’ll never feel lost or overlooked. Our small classroom setting ensures you receive true 1:1 support, allowing you to master each step with precision. And because we believe in setting you up for real-world success, every student receives a complete extension kit, giving you everything you need to start taking clients immediately after graduation—plus extra bonus perks you’ll love.
MODEL INFORMATION
You’ll secure a model for the final test-out and while the installation service is complimentary, Models are required only to purchase their own extension hair.
Extension hair MUST be hand tied, hybrid or genius weft to complete the program. You are welcome to arrange a time to bring your model to Elevate for color matching and ordering hair directly through the salon. If you struggle to find a model, please let us know asap and we will post a model call on our socials. *Remember, the goal is for you to get comfortable having the conversation about cost, finding a clientele that fit your goals and building confidence.
