Established 2022, Elevate Salon Studio is a high end salon located in, North Peoria, AZ, at the northwest corner of 85th and Deer Valley, inside of Beauty Secrets Collective. We have a fun, friendly and high paced environment where clients are more like family than customers. In our new, beautiful, bight and very large studio we’ve created a foundation for education, creativity and client centered services. We strive to give every client not only great hair but a fantastic experience!
We have collaborated with Beauty Secrets Collective and Youthful You Aesthetics to offer a one stop shop in our very own neighborhood! In our 4,000sf building, you’ll find that this combination of female owned businesses is something you won’t find anywhere else in the valley!

DARYL LIENHART

Founder + Owner/Advanced Stylist

I am a 14 year salon veteran and 10 year licensed educator. Continued education is a passion of mine, when I am not behind the chair or mentoring, you can find me attending in person or online training so that I can guarantee that my team and I will always bring our a-game and have the ability to offer our clients a variety of quality looks from classic to current on trend looks. I specialize in lived in hair color, texture cuts and Hand Tied Extensions. I am a certified MOB Master Stylist and certified in one of most sought after extension methods in our industry, Invisible Beaded Extensions.

SHANTE HOWELL

Lead Stylist / Salon Manager

With 13 years behind the chair, l've mastered the art of creating effortlessly beautiful, low-maintenance color that grows out like a dream. From sun-kissed blondes to perfectly blended balayage, I specialize in giving clients hair that looks naturally gorgeous (even if it took three hours and a small miracle to get there). I have a talent for transforming dull locks into Pinterest-worthy hair-served with a side of witty banter and just the right amount of sarcasm. Because great hair is serious business... but taking ourselves too seriously? That's not my style.

LYNZEE HARMES

Stylist

I'm Lynzee, a passionate cosmetologist with nearly 15 years of experience! My wife, Avee, and I recently relocated from Colorado with our four beloved pets-Bruce, Bentley, Opal, and Pear. Health and wellness are close to my heart. You'll often find me at Mountainside Fitness, eagerly anticipating my next yoga class. I believe in spreading light, love, and a little bit of sheer badassery wherever I go. I have a strong foundation in hair coloring, cutting, styling, and team collaboration, specializing in bold, vivid color melts while also loving dimensional and lived-in looks. Lately, I've discovered a deep passion for styling and updos because nothing beats the confidence of a fresh, bouncy blowout! Outside the salon, I enjoy scary movies, and despite my love for all things edgy, my favorite color is yellow. I'm beyond excited to be part of the Elevate Salon Studio team and can't wait to welcome you to my chair. Let's make every hair flip count!

SANDRA RODRIGUEZ

Salon Assistant

Hi, I'm Sandy! I'm so excited to start my journey at Elevate Salon! Since graduating from cosmetology school in January 2023, I've been passionate about helping clients achieve their hair goals while continuing to grow in the beauty industry. Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband and three kids, getting lost in a great book, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. I can't wait to bring your hair vision alive!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I’ve been a loyal client of Daryl’s for 4 years and have always loved watching her grow in her craft and am so happy to help her succeed in every way possible! I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband and a mom of two crazy boys who are 2 and 4. When I’m not running around after my kiddos, I enjoy being outside walking or hiking and love a good book. I have a passion for helping people and have always thrived working in a customer service or healthcare role. I look forward to helping everyone get all their appointments made and answering all the questions along the way.

AUBREYEL PROPER

Salon Assistant/Junior Stylist

I am a recent High School Graduate beginning my journey at Cosmetology School. Being a hairstylist has always been my goal, being able to work in a fast paced and positive environment for the last year and a half makes me even more excited for the future. I plan to attend West-MEC next year and be a licensed stylist by graduation.

“As a client who has worked very hard on keeping my hair healthy so it can grow longer; I was very excited to learn that the Keratherapy Smoothing Treatment I got with Shante has minimal chemicals.

The process was seamless and quick. I have type 2b hair (beach waves) with lots of frizz & some areas that are stringy and don’t hold a wave. Maintaining the frizz was my main goal with this treatment and I am elated with the results.

After my first wash & letting it air dry the results are better than I imagined. Smooth, no frizz, easy to manage, & with waves that aren’t puffy/stringy (like they were before) I would highly recommend this service TO anyone wanting to control frizz, or even out those unruly waves/curls.”
