Established 2022, Elevate Salon Studio is a luxury-boutique style salon located in the beautiful community of North Peoria, at the northwest corner of 85th and Deer Valley. You’ll find us nestled inside of a gorgeous 4,000sf space shared with 2 other premium beauty businesses, Beauty Secrets Collective and Youthful You Aesthetics. We have a fun, friendly and fast paced environment where clients are more like family than customers. In our bright 4 chair studio, we’ve created a foundation for education, creativity and client centered services. We strive to give every client not only great hair but a fantastic experience!
Our collective offers a one stop shop in our very own neighborhood! In our little slice of Heaven on earth, you’ll find that this combination of female owned businesses is the FIRST of our kind and something you won’t find anywhere else in the valley!

DARYL LIENHART
Owner / Stylist

As a 17 year salon veteran and 15 year licensed educator, continued education is a passion of mine. The future of our industry is something I care for very much, when I am not behind the chair or mentoring, you can find me attending in person or online training myself so that I never stop growing in my own knowledge and always have something of value to bring home to my team and our Elevate students. Quality education is so important so you know we will always bring our a-game and have the ability to offer our clients variety and quality from classic to current on trend looks. I specialize in our education program, lived in hair color, haircuts and Custom Extensions.
SHANTE HOWELL
Lead Stylist / Salon Manager
With 13 years behind the chair, l've mastered the art of creating effortlessly beautiful, low-maintenance color that grows out like a dream. From sun-kissed blondes to perfectly blended balayage, I specialize in giving clients hair that looks naturally gorgeous (even if it took three hours and a small miracle to get there). I have a talent for transforming dull locks into Pinterest-worthy hair-served with a side of witty banter and just the right amount of sarcasm. Because great hair is serious business... but taking ourselves too seriously? That's not my style.

Hi, I'm Sandy! I'm beyond grateful to call Elevate Salon my home! Since graduating from cosmetology school in January 2023, I've been passionate about helping clients achieve their hair goals while continuing to grow in the beauty industry. I am certified in Custom Hidden Extensions, love lived in colors and giving my clients a polished, finished look that they can wear for days! Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband and three kids, getting lost in a great book, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. I can't wait to bring your hair vision alive!

I have been a salon assistant since I was 14 years old and I knew this was my future long before that. As a 2025 graduate and current cosmetology student at Penrose, I am focused on my future in the industry while also enjoying life. When I am not at work or in a class with my classmates or coworkers, you can find me spending time with my friends at the lake or doing something adventurous. Life wasn’t meant to be boring!
KYLEE COX
Salon Assistant/Junior Stylist
I came to Arizona to all the way from Indiana as a newly licensed stylist. After graduation, I knew my goals were bigger than what I was finding at home so I set out for more. I am so excited to be a part of Elevate Salon and the opportunities a teaching salon will bring! While in Arizona I plan to attend every class I can to continue growing as a stylist, expanding my product knowledge and formulating, to build not only my skill level but my confidence. I am proficient in color applications and passionate about a bouncy blowout! I am currently most excited to attend the Custom Hidden Extension Certification in February! My favorite thing about this industry is the privilege of boosting a person’s confident while building relationships.

Hi, I’m Rachel! I’ve been a loyal client of Daryl’s for over 6 years and have always loved watching her grow- so much so, that I signed on to be a part of that growth. I am grateful for our amazing team and so happy to help the salon succeed in every way possible!
I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband and a mom of two crazy boys who are 4 and 6. When I’m not running around after my kiddos, I enjoy being outside walking or hiking and love a good book. I have a passion for helping people and have always thrived working in a customer service or healthcare role.
I look forward to helping everyone get all their appointments made and answering all the questions along the way.

I built this business for the freedom to work on my own terms, but also because I genuinely LOVE helping to bring brands to life through beautiful, effective content.
I help small business owners; especially in the beauty and lifestyle space, grow their presence on social media without the stress. My services are designed to take content creation off your plate so you can focus on doing what you do best.
